How do I get a RfSC program started in my school/community?

If you are interested in starting your own RfSC program start by answering the following questions:

  • Does your school/community have a high population of newcomer families?
  • Does my organization have good community collaboration (or willingness to collaborate) with local schools, community health centre and community agencies?
  • Does my local school and community agency have the financial resources to deliver this program? Would we be willing to fundraise / seek funding?
  • Do we have the staff capacity to deliver a school readiness program for children and parents?

If you feel RfSC is a good fit for your community, have a look at the RfSC menu of services for information regarding training and program costs and contact Marcelo Castro at 416-588-3755 x555 to discuss further.
